子午流注针配合鸡血藤外洗治疗急性面神经炎疗效分析

目的：探讨子午流注针配合鸡血藤外洗治疗急性面神经炎的疗效。方法：将80例急性面神经炎患者随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例），观察组给予子午流注针配合鸡血藤外洗，对照组则采用常规针刺治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗2周、4周后的优良率及面神经功能评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：子午流注针配合鸡血藤外洗治疗急性面神经炎疗效显著，能够显著改善患者的面神经功能。

Efficacy Analysis of Ziwuliuzhu Acupuncture Combined with Caulis Spatholobi External Washing for Acute Facial Neuritis

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with caulis spatholobi external washing for acute facial neuri-tis. Methods：80 cases of patients with facial neuritis were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, the obser-vation group treated by Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with caulis spatholobi external washing, while control group by conventional acupunc-ture, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results：The excellent and good rate at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment and facial nerve function score of ob-servation group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with caulis spatholobi external washing has significant curative effect on acute facial neuritis, which can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients.
