挑治拔罐为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察挑治拔罐配合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法采用挑治拔罐配合TDP照射治疗(治疗组)腰椎间盘突出症40例,并与电针治疗(对照组)40例进行临床对比。结果治疗组治愈率为57.5%,总有效率为92.5%;对照组治愈率为37.5%,总有效率为80.0%。两组疗效经Ridit分析,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组病程≤1年者治愈率为72.7%,总有效率为95.5%,病程1年者治愈率为38.9%,总有效率为88.9%,不同病程疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论挑治拔罐配合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好,且病程越短,疗效越佳。

Observations on the Efficacy of Picking Therapy and Cupping as Main Treatment for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of picking therapy and cupping plus TDP radiation in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method Forty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation（treatment group） received picking therapy and cupping plus TDP radiation. The clinical effect was compared with that in 40 patients（control group） who received electroacupuncture. Result The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 57.5% and 92.5%, respectively, in the treatment group and 37.5% and 80.0%, respectively, in the control group. Ridit analysis showed a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups（P0.05）. The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 72.8% and 95.5%, respectively, in the patients with disease duration ≤ one year and 37.5% and 80.0%, respectively, in the patients with disease duration one year. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between different durations of disease（P0.05）. Conclusion Picking therapy and cupping plus TDP radiation have a better therapeutic effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. The shorter the duration of disease, the better the therapeutic effect.
