摘    要:目的探讨跨膜压对空心纤维透析器超滤率体外检测的影响。方法选用四种规格的空心纤维透析器,按跨膜压从小到大的顺序测量超滤率的值,并进行比较分析。结果随着跨膜压的增大,高通量透析器(膜面积2.1m2)的超滤率下降幅度为53.0ml/mmHg/hr,高通量透析器(膜面积1.5m2)的下降幅度为40.2ml/mmHg/hr,低通量透析器(膜面积2.1m2)的下降幅度为6.4ml/mmHg/hr,低通量透析器(膜面积1.3m2)的下降幅度为3.1ml/mmHg/hr。结论跨膜压的增大会使超滤率体外检测结果出现不同程度的下降。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of TMP on the UFR of haemodialysers in vitro testing. Methods According to the sequence of TMP from minimum to maximum,the haemodialysers of four specifications selected were used to measure the UFR,and the UFR was compared and analyzed. Results With the increase of TMP,the decrease rate of UFR of high-through haemodialysers(membrane area 2.1 m2) was 53.0 ml/mmHg/hr,the decrease rate of UFR of high-through haemodialysers(membrane area 1.5 m2) was 40.2 ml/mmHg/hr,the decrease rate of UFR of low-through haemodialysers(membrane area 2.1 m2) was 6.4 ml/mmHg/hr,the decrease rate of UFR of low-through haemodialysers(membrane area 1.3 m2) was 3.1 ml/mmHg/hr. Conclusion The increase of TMP makes the results of UFR in vitro testing present the decline of different degree.
