| 摘 要： | 目的观察血必净注射液对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响。方法将51例有凝血功能障碍的脓毒症病例随机分为两组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液治疗,疗程7 d。分别检测两组治疗前后凝血功能相关指标（血小板计数、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间和纤维蛋白原）。结果治疗7 d后,治疗组患者凝血功能障碍明显好转,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血必净注射液能有效改善脓毒症患者的凝血功能障碍。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of xuebijing injection for coagulation function of patients with sepsis.Methods 51 patients with sepsis were divided into two groups randomly,control group received routine comprehensive treatments and therapy group received routine comprehensive treatments and xuebijing injection for 7 days.The coagulation index of all patients in two groups was detected respectively before and after therapy.Results The coagulation function of patients in therapy group improved markedly and there was a statistical difference（P0.05） between two groups.Conclusion Xuebijing injection can improve the coagulation function of patients with sepsis effectively. |
