水疗联合抚触对新生儿的生长发育、黄疸及睡眠的影响

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿游泳联合抚触对新生儿的生长发育、黄疸及睡眠的影响。方法将经阴道顺产分娩的正常新生儿100例随机分为两组,观察组(水疗联合抚触组)50例,对照组(单纯沫浴组)50例。①测定两组10日、28日的体重、身长、上臂围;②观察记录胎便转黄时间,测定皿清胆红素;③记录24h睡眠时间。结果两组新生儿10日、28日体重、身长、上臂同增长有显著差异(P〈0.05),两组新生儿5日时,胎便转黄时间及黄疸指数比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.01),两组睡眠时间比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组并发症比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论新生儿水疗联合抚触可促进新生儿的生长发育,能加速胎粪的早排出,减轻生理性黄疸程度,有效地降低新生儿高胆红素血症的发病率,提高睡眠质量。

The Influence on Neonate's Growth and Development and Jaundice and Sleep by Hydrotherapy and Touching

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect on growth and development and jaundice and sleep by neonate's hydrotherapy and touching. Methods Regular newborn 100 babys who would deliver after vagina eutocia were divided natural labor into the observation group( swim- ming group)and the contrast group(showering group),50 neonates each group(checking). ①③To observe the weight and length and upper am circumference at the 10th day and the 28th day. ②To note the time of meeonium turn yellow,To note the serum bilirubin.③To note the time of newborn's sleep. Results There was significant difference in weight and length and upper arm circumference between two groups at 10th day and the 28th day( P〈 0.05 ). There was significant difference in the time of meconium turn yellow and serum bilirubin between two groups at and the 5th day(P 〈 0.05 ). There was significant difference in the time of newborn's sleep between two groups(P 〈 0.05). There was not significant difference in the complication between two groups(P〉 0.05). Conclusion Neonate's hydrotherapy and touching could promote the growth and development. The morning being able to accelerate a meconium is discharged, it could decrease the jaundice degree, reduce high bilirubin of newborn baby effectively blood disease morbidity. It could improve the quality of sleep.
