摘    要:目的:探讨品管圈活动在腹腔镜术后肠道功能恢复中的应用。方法在本科室成立质量管理小组(品管圈 QCC,圈名为“微笑圈”),运用品管工具分析腹腔镜术后患者护理中存在的问题,通过对问题按照可行性、迫切性、圈能力三方面打分排序,将分值较高的问题作为优先解决的问题。结果实验组肠道功能恢复时间为(25.42±7.74)h,明显短于对照组的(30.69±9.29)h(P ﹤0.01)。结论品管圈活动满足了腹腔镜术后患者肠道功能恢复的需求,避免和减轻术后患者腹胀,促进胃肠功能尽快恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application of quality control circle(QCC)in the intestinal function recovery after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:The quality management group in our department(QCC,circle called "smile circle")was set up,and the quality control tool for the analysis of laparoscopic surgery in the patients with nursing problems was used, problems were scored and ranked in accordance with the feasibility,urgency,ring ability three aspects,and the priority problems were those with the high scores. Results:In the experimental group by QCC after intestinal function the average recovery time was(25. 42 ± 7. 74)hours,which was significantly better than that in the control group(30. 69 ± 9. 29) hours,and there were significant differences between the two groups(t = 4. 58,P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The QCC greatly satisfies the requirement of the recovery of intestinal function after laparoscopic operation demand,which avoids and reduces postoperative abdominal distension of patients as soon as possible and promotes gastrointestinal function recovery.
