新生儿泪囊炎治疗的护理观察

目的:观察庆大霉素针行泪道探通冲洗疗效.方法:新生儿泪囊炎58例,其中男 40例,女 18例年龄2月至9个月用庆大霉素针4万单位加生理盐水4ml行泪道探通冲洗,次日再冲洗一次,结果:显效率为72%,有效率为26%,总有效率为98%.结论:庆大霉素针治疗新生儿泪囊炎疗效好.

Nursing Observation on the Newborn Dacryocystitis

Objective: For observing the curative effects to make lacrimal probing washing with Gentamycin.Methods:To make lacrimal probing washing with Gentamycin 4000u and 0.9%NS 4ml.58 cases of neonatal bursitis.40 cases of male and 18 cases of female from two to mine months.in the next day to make washing again.Results:The obvious effective rate was 72%,the effective rate was 26%,the total effective rate was 98%.Conclusions: It is good to treat neonatal bursitis with Gentamycin.
