摘    要:建立了一种测定中药大车前子中车前子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用C18色谱柱,流动相为流莲为1.0 mL·min-1]的甲醇-水-冰醋酸(40:60:0.5)。采用紫外检测苷在288 nm波长处进行检测。对采集的7个地区的车前子药材进行了含量测定。结论 各地大车前子中车前子苷含量变化较大。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of plantagoside inPlantago major. Which is used most areas of China as the sample Semon Plantgo. Method : A hypersil C18 column (4. 6×250 mm i. d. , 5 μm) was used with 1. 0 mL. min 1 methanol-water-acetic acid(40 : 60 : 0. 5) as mobile phase. Detection was performed with UV detector at 288nm. Result Good linearity of the calibration curve between the peak area and the concentration of plantagoside was obtained in the range from 0. 49-2. 47 μg(r = 0. 9998). Conclusion 7 different area samples were studied and the result show this method is sample ,sensitive, accurate and reproducible.
