长春瑞宾化疗引起静脉炎的临床观察与护理

目的 观察长春瑞宾化疗引起静脉炎的发生率以及出现静脉炎的护理方法 .方法 对80例进行长春瑞宾化疗患者随机分为两组,使用PICC管和外周静脉两种输液途径;对出现静脉炎的40例患者平均分为两组,一组使用常规的封闭加冰冻敷的方法 ,另一组在常规方法 上加用氢化可的松注射液湿敷,比较两组静脉炎的治疗效果.结果 使用PICC管患者静脉炎的发生率为10%,外周静脉化疗者静脉炎的发生率高达90%;氢化可的松注射液湿敷比常规方法 能使静脉炎痊愈更快.结论 PICC管是有效减少静脉炎的方法 之一,氢化可的松注射液湿敷能有效减轻静脉炎的症状,使静脉炎痊愈得更快.

Clinical observation and care of phlebitis induced by vinorelbine

Objectlve To observate the incidence of phlebitis induced by vinorelbine,and study the care of phlebitis.Methods 80 patients treated with vinorelbine were randomly divided into experiment and control groups,which were treated with PICC and periphend venous infusion respectively.40 cases who had phlebitis were divided into two groups,which were treated with conventional closed plus the frozen Kurashiki method and conventional methods plus hydrocortisone injection wet packing respectively.Results The incidence of phlebitis in experiment group was 10%,and that in control group was 90%.Hydrocortisone injection wet pacing could recover more fastly.Conclusion PICC is one of the effective methods in preventiong from phlebitis.Hydrocottisone injection wet packing can effectively alleviate the symptoms of phlebitis.
