摘    要:目的:电击生物体各组织局部电流电压等电学参数的测定,可为电击死研究提供客观的物理电学基础,对于研究电击生物体组织损伤程度与各种电学参数间的关系具有重要意义。本课题组研制了一种用于电击实验动物或人尸体组织的八通道生物体局部电流电压检测仪及其应用介绍,期望为电击伤/死研究提供一种新仪器和新思路。方法:仪器主要由程控可变交流电源模块、信号处理模块、AVR单片机模块、上位机显示及控制模块组成,系统采用仿真逼近原理.通过虚拟仪器技术实现对日常电压电击下流经生物体局部组织电流电压的准确测量。建立电击模型,同时检测电击实验大鼠肢体和躯体8个不同部位电流电压,对所得结果进行统计学分析。结果:对所研制的八通道生物体组织局部电流电压检测仪进行测试,得出同一大鼠不同部位、不同大鼠同一部位电流电压值,操作简便、安全,同一大鼠不同部位、不同大鼠同一部位电流电压差异性具有统计学意义。结论:八通道生物体组织局部电流电压检测仪可实时同步分段检测生物体各部位局部电流电压的分布和流经情况,阐释电击时生物组织损伤改变与物理电学基本参数变化的关系,可为医学尤其是法医学研究生物体电击伤/死提供较为准确的组织电击伤的基础电学数据。

Abstract:Objective: The measurement of electrical parameters (e.g. current and voltage) in biosystems subjected to electric shock makes great sense, especially when studying and researching the relationship between these parameters and the degree of injury of tissue in animals. In this way a foundation can be provided for objective physics and electricity research into death by electric shock. An eight-channel living things' tissue was designed to provide not only new equipment but also a new idea. Method: The equipment consists of a program control, a changeable AC power module, a signal treatment module, an AVR single-chip microcomputer, a computer display and a control module. The system adopts the theory of voltage emulation approximation to carry out measurement, and can measure accurately the local current flowing through living things under electric shock by normal voltage in daily life. We set up the electric shock module to detect the electric current and current and voltage detection equipment and its application. We hope it can voltage of eight positions in legs and bodies in electric shock animals at the same time, and get the experiment data for statistical analysis. Results: It shows from the test of the instrument that it can detect the electric current and voltage in the different position of the same experimental animal and in the same position of different animals. The operation is safe and convenient. The variability of electric current and voltage is obvious. Conclusion: The equipment can detect the distributing and the flow situation of current and voltage in different sites of tissues in organism at the same time, and it can explain the relationship between the damage diversification of biology tissue shock by the electric and parameter change of the basic physical electrics. Meanwhile, it can provide accurate data for the research of organisms' shocks or death by electric shock for medical study, especially forensic medicine.
