摘    要:
[目的]研究参麦注射液对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的心功能影响。[方法]采用随机分组的方法,分为常规加参麦注射液(A组)和常规治疗(B组),治疗前后测定左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张期容积(LVEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF),进行临床疗效评价。[结果]A组心功能改善明显优于B组(P<0.01);A、B两组治疗后LVEF、LVESV较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01),但A组优于B组(P<0.05)。[结论]参麦注射液能改善CHF患者心功能,可作为治疗CHF的重要辅助用药。

Abstract:
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Shenmai (Ginseng and Ophiopogon japonicus) injection (SI) on heart function in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). [Methods] Patients were randomly divided into group A (treated with routine medicine therapy with SI 40 mL in 250 mL 5% Glucose infused intravenously) and group B(treated with routine medicine therapy). Left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured using Color Doppler echocardiogram before and after treatment. [Results] Group A was obviously better than group B in improving heart function(P<0.01). LVESV, LVEF of group A and group B were improved after treatment compared with before (P<0.01). The effect of group A was obviously better than that of group B (P<0.05). [Conclusions] SI can improve the heart function in patients with CHF, and can be an important medicine in treating CHF.
