| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的病因、临床特点及治疗。方法：回顾分析24例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断、治疗方法。结果：23例患者痊愈出院,1例因家庭经济困难好转出院。结论：术后早期炎性肠梗阻经保守治疗效果较好,一般不必手术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the etiological factor,clinicl symptom,diagnosis and treatment in early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus.Methods:A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 24 patients.Results: 23 cases were cured,and 1 case disched after improved because of financial straits.Conclusions: Postoperative inflammatory ileus can be cured by conservative treatment,not necessary re-operation. |
