环孢素A治疗腹主动脉瘤的实验研究

摘    要:
为探求腹主动脉瘤治疗的新方法,我们用猪胰弹力蛋白酶对雄性SD大鼠肾下段腹主动脉加压灌注建立起与人类腹主动脉瘤病理过程相类似的动物模型,以之为研究对象,分成环孢素A治疗组及生理盐水对照组各24只.对比观察主动脉瘤直径改变及动脉壁的病理改变,结果发现环孢素A明显抑制腹主动脉瘤的生长及对动脉壁结构的破坏。本文对其机理进行了讨论。

Abstract:
To search the new method of treatment of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms (AAA), wehave successfully established the animal models which are similar to human in pathogenesis by perfusing theinfrarenal abadominal aorta of SD rats with Porcine pancreatic elastase. The above models were divided intocyclosporine A (CsA) treatment group and normal saline control group. The pathological change of the aor-tic wall and the diameter of the AAA were observed. Each group had 24 rats. The results show that thegrowth of AAA and the destruction of the wall of AAA in the treatment group have been greatly limited.The pathogenesis was also discussed.
