双层聚丙烯补片修补腹壁大切口疝及巨大切口疝

目的探讨应用人工合成材料双层聚丙烯补片修补腹壁大切口疝及巨大切口疝的手术方法。方法大切口疝及巨大切口疝25例（大切口疝11例，巨大切口疝14例）采用双层聚丙烯补片分别置于腹膜前与腹壁肌下和皮下组织与腹壁肌筋膜之间间隙，行腹壁切口疝无张力修补。结果全组病例手术顺利，无严重并发症发生，痊愈出院。术后随访3月至6年，无复发病例。结论双层聚丙烯补片修补腹壁大切口疝及巨大切口疝创伤小，操作简单，恢复快，复发率低，材料价格适中，可在临床推广应用。

Effect of polypropylene patch on large and huge abdominal incision hernia

Objective To investigate the effect of polypropylene patch on repairing large and huge incision hernia. Methods 25 patients with large and huge incision hernia, including 11 cases with large incision hernia and 14 cases with huge incision hernia, were treated with polypropylene patch, which was placed between the peritoneum and the abdominal muscle and between the abdominal subcutaneous tissue and the abdominal fascia. Results The operations were successful without serious complications. The average length of stay in hospital was 13 days. The hernias did not relapse for 3 months to 6 years follow up. Conclusion It is effective to treat large and huge incision hernia with polypropylene patch.
