肺包虫合并肝包虫一期手术治疗的探讨(附27例报告)

本文对27例肺包虫合并肝包虫患者施行一期手术治疗，即开胸先处理肺包虫后切开隔肌处理肝包虫。结果表明，经胸行肺、肝包虫一期手术具有操作方便、安全可靠、疗效肯定、病程短、费用低等优点。除肝顶部、肝右后叶包虫合并左肺包虫外，均可通过一期手术解决肺、肝包虫。并对于肺包虫和（或）昨包虫破裂合并感染的一期手术适应症可以适当放宽。

A REPORT OF 27 CASES OF PULMONARY HYDATID COMPLICATED WITH HEPATIC HYDATID RECEIVING PRIMARY OPERATIONS

27 cases of pulmonary hydatid disease complicated with hepatid received primary operations:opening the chest to remove the pulmonary hydatid cyst and then cutting the diaphragm to remove the hepatid cyst. The results show that the operation is easily performed,safe and effective,resulting in shortened disease course and reduced medical cost,and that except for hepatic vertex and in the right or posteriorlobe,all pulmonary hydatid with hepatic hydatid disease can be safely treated through primary operation.
