| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨亚剂量丙种球蛋白联合激素在小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜治疗中的应用情况。方法:将唐山市妇幼保健院收治的92例小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜随机分为两组,对照组45例采用标准剂量丙种球蛋白联合激素治疗,观察组47例采用亚剂量丙种球蛋白联合激素治疗,对两组的临床效果进行比较观察。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.7%,对照组为97.8%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为2.1%,明显低于对照组(17.8%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亚剂量丙种球蛋白联合激素在小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜治疗中的应用效果满意,且不良反应少,值得临床关注。 |
