EGFR和HER2联合过度表达在食管癌中的意义

目的：分析EGFR和HER2的联合过度表达在食管癌发生发展过程中的作用及与预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组化技术，检测45例食管癌根治术患者肿瘤组织中EGFR和HER2的表达。结果：在食管癌中EGFR和HER2的联合过度表达率为25％。EGFR和HER2联合过度表达与食管癌的分化程度和肿瘤的局部浸润程度无关，在N。期患者中两者的联合过度表达高于N0期患者。联合过度表达者的预后较差。结论：EGFR和HER2联合过度表达在食管癌转移方面可能起着重要的作用，属于肿瘤发生发展、演进过程中的后期事件。EGFR和HER2联合过度表达提示预后不良。

Co-overexpress of EGFR and HER2 in Esophageal Cancer

Objective: To investigate the co-overexpression of EGFR and HER2 in esophageal cancer and its relation with prognosis. Methods: EGFR and HER2 of 45 cases of esophageal cancer were detected using the immunohistochemitry method. Results: Co-overexpression of EGFR and HER2 were present in 25% of the samples. There was no correlation between co-overexpression and tumor differentiation or local invasion. The percentage of co-overexpression was higher in N1 cases than that in N0 cases. The patients with co-overexpression had worse prognosis. Conclusion: Co-overexpression of EGFR and HER2 might have a role in lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer. It was a late event in the progress of esophageal cancer. Co-overexpression of EGFR and HER2 was a negative marker for the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
