人造血管移植治疗四肢血管损伤的临床研究

目的 探讨采用人造血管移植修复四肢主要血管损伤的方法与效果。方法 对1989～2003年救治的251例四肢主要血管损伤，采用人造血管移植修复29例，进行回顾性研究。结果 采用人造血管移植29例全部保住肢体，其中1例由于肢体缺血时间较长，神经损害，后期出现足底溃疡。结论 四肢主要血管损伤救治原则是生命第一、肢体第二；快速诊断、快速救治；采用人造血管移植修复四肢主要血管损伤是一种较好的方法。

Blood vessel prosthesis in the repair of vascular injuries of extremities(report of 29 cases)

Objective To study the effect of treatment for major vascular injuries in extremities by artificial blood vessel graft. Methods Twenty nine cases with major vascular injuries in extremities were treated by artificial blood vessel graft from 1989 to 2003 in our department. The artificial blood vessel graft was selected according to the type of vascular injuries. Results There were 29 cases of reconstruction by artificial blood vessel graft,the renewal of function was satisfactory. Conclusion The principle of the management of major vascular injuries is to treat life threatening factors first then treat vascular injury when life signs became stable. The most important thing is correct diagnosis,repid and complete hemostasis and operative treatment as soon as possible. The result of repair by artificial blood vessel graft is very satisfactory.
