| 摘 要： | 目的总结糖尿病并发肝脓肿的早期临床表现及治疗选择。方法回顾性分析16例糖尿病并发肝脓肿病例的临床资料。结果糖尿病并发肝脓肿痛程早期的静脉血血红蛋白（Hb）、血浆白蛋白（ALB）、总胆红素（TBIL）、丙氨酸氨基转换酶（ALT）与肝脓肿形成阶段有差异（P〈0．05）。7例内科保守治疗、9例行CT引导下经皮肝穿刺置管引流均获痊愈。结论糖尿病并发肝脓肿早期表现不典型,早期正确诊断、选择恰当治疗可缩短病程及改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the early clinical features and treatment for patients with diabetes complicated with liver abscess. Methods 16 patients with diabetes complicated with liver abscess were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits There was difference in hemoglobin （Hb）, albumin （ALB）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, alanine aminotrasferase （ALT） between early stage and abscess formation stage. 7 patients were treated with expectant treatment, and the others were treated with transhepatic drainage. Both of them were effective. Conclusion It is atypical in early clinical features of patients with diabetes complicated with liver abscess. Early diagnosis and correct treatment can shorten duration of disease and improve prognosis. |
