| 摘 要： | 为探讨可溶性白细胞介素－２受体在变应性鼻炎中的作用机理，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定（ＥＬＩＳＡ）法测定３９例变应性鼻炎患者，１９例慢性鼻炎患者和１５例健康人血清及鼻分泌物ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果发现变应性鼻炎患者血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平高于慢性鼻炎患者及健康人（Ｐ〈０．００１）。提示ＳＩＬ－２在变应性鼻炎的发病中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | To explore the regulatory mechanism of the soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) in patient allergic rhinitis, SIL-2R levels in serum and nasal secretion were detected in 39 patients with allergic rhinitis, 19 patients with chronic rhinitis and 15 normal controls, The determination of SIL-2R was done by a sandwich ELISA method. The results showed that the SIL-2R concentrations in patients with allergic rhinitis were significantly higher than those of the controls (P < 0.001). These results suggest that SIL-2R may play an important role in allergic rhinitis. |
