| 摘 要： | 指标权重系数的确定是绩效评估中重要的一步。利用层次分析法确定指标体系中各指标的权重系数,其各层一致性比率CR<0.10,表明该研究的指标体系及权重系数可用于不同级别医院之间的绩效评估。 |

Study of Indicator System and Weighting Coefficient of the Indicatiors on Analysis Performance of Hospitals |

| Abstract: | To conform an indicators system and coefficient of the indicators is an important step in analysis performance of hospitals.This article used Analytic Hierarchy Process to conform the weighting coefficient of all the indicators in the analysis system.We found that all the hierarchies consistent with each other(CR < 0.10).It indicated that this indicator system and the weighting coefficient of indicators we studied could be used in different kinds of hospitals. |
