冲击伤及偏二甲基肼与四氧化二氮吸入致冲毒复合伤大鼠血气的变化

摘    要:目的:复制四氧化二氮(N2O4)及偏二甲基肼(UDMH)混合气体爆炸致冲毒复合伤模型,并研究了该模型致伤后大鼠血气的变化。方法:采用健康雄性Wistar大鼠,先置于生物激波管冲击致伤。然后置于自制染毒 柜,先后吸入UDMH及N2O4,吸入时间均为15min。造成中致重度冲毒复合伤模型。在伤前、伤后3、6、12、24、48和72h右颈总动脉插管,抽取动脉血,进行血气分析。结果:冲击伤及偏二甲基肼与四氧化二氮同时吸入致冲毒复合伤动脉血氧分压下降持续时间最长,下降最为显著,恢复较前两组慢。pH值变化与此类似。结论:冲击伤合并HUDMH及N2O4气体同时中毒对血气的影响较冲击伤加单一气体中毒变化显著;呼吸道特别是肺的损伤是火箭推进剂冲毒复合伤动物血气变化的重要原因。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of blood gas in blast-chemical combined injury model of the explosion of the mixed gas of n itrogen tetroxide(N 2O 4) and unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH). Met hods Two hundred and twenty four Wistar rats were divided randomly into 1.control group (C), 2 blast UDMH intoxication injury group (BU), 3.blast N 2O 4 intoxication injury group (BN), 4.blast UDMH and N 2O 4 intoxicatio n group (BUN). BST-1 blast tube was used to induce blast injury, and toxic gase s were given to corresponding groups of rats through inhalation in an intoxicati on tank for 15 min. The clinical states of experimental rats were observed and t he animals were killed subsequently 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h later for blood an alysis. Results As compared with C group, the lowering of arte rial blood PO 2 , SO 2 and pH in rats of BUN group was the most prominent, a nd the sustaining time of changes of blood gas was the longest in 3 experimental groups. Conclusions Blast-UDMH and N 2O 4 combined injury affe ct the blood gas more significantly than that of a single-agent induced blast- chemical combined injury. The injury of respiration tract especially the lung w as the main cause of the changes of blood gas after the blast-chemical combined injury.
