晚期妊娠合并潜伏期梅毒对母儿的影响

目的:对晚期妊娠合并潜伏期梅毒病例回顾性分析,探讨晚期妊娠合并潜伏期梅毒对母儿的影响及防治。方法:将晚期妊娠合并潜伏期梅毒46例病人作为观察组,将同期入院的晚期妊娠356例作为对照组,比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局及新生儿状况。结果:观察组中早产、死胎死产、产褥感染发生率均高于对照组,P<0.01。观察组新生儿发病率及死亡率均高于对照组,P<0.01。结论:孕前及孕早、中、晚期行梅毒血清学筛查及早期进行梅毒治疗是改善晚期妊娠合并潜伏期梅毒的妊娠结局及围产儿预后,降低先天性梅毒儿发病率的关键。

Affects on gravidas and neonates in cases of late pregnancy complicating with latent syphilis

Objective:A retrospective analysis was taken to investigate the affects on gravidas and neonates in cases of late pregnancy complicating with latent syphilis and to find the methods of prevention and cure.Methods:46 cases of pregnancy complicating with latent syphilis were included in the observation group, while 356 cases of late pregnancy without latent syphilis in control group.The pregnant outcome and outcome of neonates were compared.Results:Incidence of premature delivery, fetal death, stillbirth, puerperal infection was significantly higher in observation group than those in control group (P<0.01). Incidence of congenital syphilis, morbidity and mortality of neonate were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:To take serology screening in progestation, intermediate and late stages of mother and neonates is the critical step to improve the pregnancy outcome of late pregnancy complicating with latent syphilis, improve the prognosis of perinatal neonates and reduce the incidence of congenital syphilis.
