2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白达标影响因素的研究

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白达标的影响因素,为有效控制血糖,进一步提高2型糖尿病患者的血糖达标率提供针对性的护理干预措施.方法:便利抽取2型糖尿病患者300例,分析影响2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白达标的因素.结果:300例糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白达标者94例,糖化血红蛋白达标率为31.33％.收入情况好、得到家庭成员关心和支持、有过住院经历、遵医服药、控制饮食、坚持运动、自我监测、定期复查有助于提高糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白达标率.结论:建议定期对患者进行健康教育,以提高患者的糖化血红蛋白达标率.

Research on influence factors of glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes

Objective： To investigate the standard rate of glycosylated hemoglobin and influence factors of diabetic patients and to provide reference for the improvement of countermeasures.Methods： Randomly selected 300 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,analysed the influence factors of type 2 diabetic patients.Results： 94 cases were standard of 300 diabetic patients glycosylated hemoglobin,standard rate of glycosylated hemoglobin was 31.33%.The income,from family care and support,hospitalization or not,compliance,diet control,exercise,self monitoring,periodic review were helpful to improve diabetes glycosylated hemoglobin standard rate.Conclusion： It is suggested that the regular health education for patients,improve patient standard rate of glycosylated hemoglobin.
