中西药合并治疗抑郁症128例对照研究

目的：探讨组合药物（中西药合并）治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法：将128例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者，随机分为研究组（合并药物组）与对照组（西药组），治疗8周。用HAMDE（汉密顿抑郁量表）评定疗效，用TESS（副反应量表）评定不良反应。结果：治疗8周后合并药物组与西药组的有效率分别为95％和93％，二者比较差异无显著性。治疗8周两组HAMD总分及焦虑躯体化因子分，治疗前后比较均有显著性，两组间比较差异有显著性。合并药物组主要不良反应是患者出现轻微眼花、体重增加等，与西药组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中西药合并治疗安全、有效、不良反应少，服用剂量小，是患者依从性高的抗抑郁组合药物。

A controlled study of chinese traditonal medicine and western medicine in the treatment of depression

Objective:To explore the efficiency and side effect of Chinese traditional medicine and westert medicine in the treatment of depression.Methods:The out or inpatient met with the CCMD-3 for depression were randomly divided into study group and control group,over 8 weeks,and measured with HAMD or TESS.Results: After the treatment of 8 weeks,the efficacy rates of study group and control group were 95% and 93%,and there were no significant differences.There were significant differences on total score of HAMD and factor score of anxious body.The side effects of study group were obvious slighter than control group.(P<0.05).Conclusions: The compound medicine had higher security and effect,lower dose,fewer side effects and better compliance.
