P27~(KiP1)蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的:研究P27KiP1蛋白表达在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用及其与癌临床病理学因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对20例正常宫颈组织、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织及67例宫颈癌组织中P27KiP1蛋白表达进行观察。结果:P27KiP1在宫颈癌中蛋白高表达率明显低于正常宫颈组织及宫颈上皮内瘤变组织,宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中其蛋白高表达率也低于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05或P<0.01)。P27KiP1蛋白高表达率与宫颈癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05);但其表达与宫颈癌分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:P27KiP1蛋白的异常表达与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关,可作为判断患者预后不良的指标。

Expression and Clinic Significance of P27KiP1 of Eervical Carcinoma

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expressions of P27KiP1 and clinicopathological characteristics of cervical carcinoma and its effect on the occurrence and development of this cancer.Methods:The expressions of P27KiP1 were investigated by using SP immunohistochemical staining in 20 cases normal cervical tissues,20 cases cervical intraepithelial neoplasias tissues and 67 cases of carcinoma tissues.Results:P27KiP1 high expression rate for cervical carcinoma was lower than that for normal cervical tissues and cervical intraepithelial neoplasias tissues,P27KiP1 high expression rate for intraepithelial neoplasias tissues was also lower than that of normal cervical tissues(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expressions of P27KiP1 were related with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expressions of P27KiP1 were associated with the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.It may be helpful to evaluate prognosis of this cancer.
