KAI1的基因表达与胃癌患者生存期的关系

目的 检测胃癌组织中转移抑制基因KAI1的表达，分析其与临床病理特征及病人生存期之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组化的方法检测92例胃癌组织KAI1的表达水平。结果 KAI1在胃癌组织中表达率为42．4％，KAI1阳性表达率与胃癌分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移显著相关（P〈0．005），KAI1的高表达具有显著的生存优势（P〈0．005），且独立于浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结转移和远处转移。结论 KAI1的表达与胃癌分化程度、临床分期及预后密切相关，KAI1表达可作为预测胃癌预后的指标。

Relationship between KAI1 expression and survival periods of gastric carcinoma patients

Objective This study was designed to examine the expression of KAI1 in gastric carcinoma and to determine its relationship with clinical pathologic characteristics as well as survival periods of gastric carcinoma patients.Methods Immunohistochemical staining of KAI1 was performed in 92 patients with gastric carcinoma.Results KAI1 expression in gastric carcinoma was 42.4% and significantly correlated with the degree of carcinoma differentiation,clinical stages,and lymph node and distant metastases(P<0.005).Higher KAI1 expression had survival advantage independent of the depth of infiltration,the degree of differentiation,and lymph node and distant metastases of the carcinoma.Conclusions KAI1 expression is closely correlated with the degree of gastric carcinoma differentiation,clinical stages and prognosis,and may be a useful prognostic marker for gastric carcinoma.
