不同手术切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效观察

目的通过对我院87例乳腺纤维瘤患者的临床观察,分析不同手术切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床疗效。方法将我院87例乳腺纤维瘤患者随机分为2组,实验组患者行环乳晕切口,对照组行传统放射状切口,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及术后伤口愈合情况、术后红肿、感染等并发症发生情况等。结果实验组患者手术时间为(17.6±6.7)min,明显低于对照组,术中出血量为(22.31±7.2)mL;实验组患者伤口I类甲级愈合,术后乳房并无明显变形;实验组患者总并发症发生率为11.36%,明显低于对照组的34.88%,P<0.05,存在明显差异。结论乳腺纤维瘤患者行环乳晕切口的临床疗效明显高于行传统放射状切口,并发症发生率也明显降低。

The Clinical Efficacy of Different Surgical Incision in Treatment of Breast Fibroma

ObjectiveBy the clinical observation of 87 cases patients with breast fibroma in our hospital ,to analyze the clinical efficacy of different surgical incision in treatment of breast fibroid.Methods Selected 87 cases breast fibroids in our hospital, randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group underwent ring areola incision, the control group underwent conventional radial incision, two groups were compared with operative time, blood loss and postoperative wound healing, postoperative swelling, infection and other complications and so on.Results The experimental group of operative time was （17.6＆#177;6.7）min, which was significantly lower than the control group, the blood loss was （22.31＆#177;7.2）mL; patients with wound healing in experimental group was grade I class, there was no significantly postoperative breast deformation;experimental group of patients of the total occurred complication rate was 11.36%, which was significantly lower than the 34.88 percent in the control group,P〈0.05, there were significant differences.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of breast fibroma patients undergoing ring areola incision is significantly higher than the traditional line of radial incision, the complication rate is significantly reduced.
