超低位颈前小切口手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤36例临床分析

目的:探讨超低位颈前小切口手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的应用情况。方法:将72例甲状腺腺瘤患者分为对照组和实验组,各36例,实验组在超低位颈前小切口下行腺瘤切除,对照组在传统手术切口下行腺瘤切除。观察两组患者的住院时间、手术中出血量、手术时间等疗效指标。结果:实验组患者的临床应用情况明显优于对照组。结论:超低位颈前小切口甲状腺腺瘤切除术临床应用效果满意。

Clinical analysis of ultralow anterior small incision surgery for 36 cases with thyroid adenoma

Objective：To explore applications of ultralow anterior small incision surgery for thyroid adenoma. Methods：72 ca- ses with thyroid adenoma were divided into control group （36 cases） and experimental group （36 eases）. Experimental group received the adenoma resection with the ultralow anterior small incision, whereas control group received the same operation with the traditionaloperative incision. The indexes including the hospitalization time, the blood loss during the operation and the operation time of the two groups were observed. Results： The clinical application of experimental group was better than that of control group. Conclusions： The ultralow anterior resection with the small incision for thyroid adenoma has a satisfactory clinical results.
