X线与超声检查诊断泌尿系结石的比较分析

目的探讨对比X线与超声检查诊断泌尿系结石的诊断结果，分析两种方法各自的临床诊断优势。方法选取2009年3月-2013年3月该院收治的120例疑似泌尿系结石患者为研究对象，所有患者分别给予X线和超声检查，并跟踪患者的确诊情况，对比分析两种检查结果的符合情况。结果X线检查对膀胱、尿道以及输尿管中下段的检出率优于超声检查，两者对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而超声对输尿管上段结石和肾脏结石诊断符合率优于X线检查，两者对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论针对不同位置结石，X线和超声检查各有优越，临床可联合应用X线和超声检查提高临床泌尿系结石检出率。

Comparative Analysis of X-ray and Ultrasound Examination in the Diagnosis of Urinary Calculi

Objective To compare the diagnostic results of X-ray and ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of urinary calculi, and analyze the advantages of the two methods.Methods 120 cases of suspected urinary calculi patients admitted in our hospital from March, 2009 to March,2013 were selected as the subjects.All of them were given X-ray and ultrasound examination, and the diagnosis of the patients were followed up, the coincidences of these two kinds of examinations were compared and analyzed.Results The detection rate of X-ray examination for cystic calculus,urethral calculus,and ureter lower segment calculi was superior to that of ultrasound examination, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;while the diagnosis coincidence rate of ultrasound examination for upper ureteral calculi and renal calculi was superior to that of X-ray examination,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For stones in different positions,both X-ray and ultrasound examinations have advantages.In clinical practice, X-ray and ultrasound examination can be used together in order to improve the detection rate of urinary calculus.
