输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石65例疗效观察

目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(URSL)治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法将在2011年1月至2013年2月期间在我院诊断治疗的65例输尿管结石患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用URSL治疗,对照组采用体外常规手段(冲击波碎石术)治疗。术后3个月,监测结石排出情况和术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组与对照组的临床治疗总有效率分别为88.6%和76.7%,存在差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后输尿管穿孔、血尿、肾绞痛、发热等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论URSL治疗输尿管结石临床疗效明确、不良反应少,并发症明显减少,值得临床使用和推广。

Clinical Observation of 65 Cases of Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

Objective To investigate the ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy （URSL） effect in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods In 2011 January -2013 year in February during the period were randomly divided into 65 cases of ureteral calculi patients treated in our hospital as observation group （35 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The observation group treated with URSL, control group used conventional methods in vitro （ESWL） treatment. 3 months after operation, monitoring the stones from complications and postoperative.Results The clinical observation of treatment group and control group in the total effective rate were 88.6% and 76.7%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）; the patients in the observation group ureteral perforation, hematuria, renal colic, fever and other complication rates were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of URSL treatment of ureteral calculi clear, less adverse reaction, decrease the complications, worthy of clinical application and popularization.
