经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者的围手术期护理

目的总结行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者的围手术期护理经验。方法对行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术的71例膀胱恶性肿瘤患者的围手术期护理进行回顾性总结和分析。结果71例患者均一次手术成功，经治疗和积极护理后痊愈出院，59例患者获得1~3年术后随访，复发18例（25．4％）。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术是治疗膀胱肿瘤的有效方式。及时科学的专业护理，积极的心理辅导和帮助，对患者病情的康复有至关重要的意义。

The Perioperative Nursing for Patients Underwent Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor

Objective To investigate the experience of perioperative nursing for patients with bladder carcinoma treated by transurethral resection of bladder tumor （TURBT）. Methods The perioperative nursing data of 71 cases of patients with malignant bladder carcinoma underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor were reviewed and analyzed. Results The surgery of the 71 patients was successful. All the patients were cured and discharged after the treatment and active nursing. 59 cases were followed up for 1-3 years after surgery, and the recurrence number was 18 （25.4%）. Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is an effective method for the treatment of bladder tumor. Timely and scientific professional care and positive psychological counsel- ing and assistance, are crucial for the recovery of the patients.
