基层医院开展优质护理服务的难点与对策

目的:探讨优质护理服务在基层医院开展的难点与对策。方法:通过发放调查问卷的形式,对山东省荣成市10家基层医院优质护理服务推广过程中存在的困难进行调查研究和综合分析,找到阻碍基层医院优质护理服务开展的关键因素。结果:对问卷调查的结果做出高度概括,总结了影响基层医院优质护理服务推广的6个因素。结论:通过改善影响因素,探寻解决对策,使优质护理服务得以更好的在基层医院开展。

Difficulties and countermeasures of development of high-quality nursing services in primary hospitals

Objective：To investigate difficulties and countermeasures of development of high-quality nursing services in prima- ry hospitals. Methods：Through the form of questionnaires, the difficulties during the promotion process of the high-quality nursing services in 10 primary hospitals of Rongcheng city were studied and comprehensively analyzed to find the key factors that hindered the development of the high quality nursing services. Results： There were 6 key factors to influence the development of the high quality nursing services in the primary hospitals. Conclusions： It is urgent to improve the influencing factors and find the countermeasures to promote the development of the high quality nursing services in the primary hospitals.
