| 摘 要： | 阿司匹林通过不可逆抑制血栓素A2生成,在心脑血管疾病防治中发挥着重要作用。部分患者存在阿司匹林抵抗现象,解决阿司匹林抵抗已被广泛关注。研究证实:阿司匹林抵抗与临床事件发生具有相关性。通过对阿司匹林抵抗与血瘀证关系研究,认为血瘀证可能是阿司匹林抵抗的中医发病机制之一。希望发挥中医中药辨证论治和整体调节的优势,结合现代医学,针对不同的群体进行AR产生机制及防治方面的研究,使阿司匹林抵抗问题得到较好的解决,从而为心脑血管疾病的治疗预防带来更大的益处。

| Abstract: | Aspirin through irreversible inhibition of thromboxane A2 production, in the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases plays an important role in. But some patients have the phenomenon of aspirin resistance, study confirmed aspirin resistance and clinical events with correlation. Based on the relationship of blood stasis syndrome and aspirin resistance research, hoping to play traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and overall regulation of advantage, combined with modern medicine, for different groups of AR generation mechanism and control research of aspirin resistance, so that the problems are better resolved, thus for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases prevention and treatment to bring greater benefits. |
