| 摘 要： | [目的]观察益痹汤加减治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)疗效。[方法]对29例使用自拟益痹汤加减,1剂/d,早晚各1次,水煎服。30d为1疗程。治疗3个疗程(90d)判定疗效。[结果]近期治愈5例,显效10例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为93.1%。[结论]自拟益痹汤加减治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] The Yibi decoction treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） efficacy. [ Methods Yibi decoction treatment for 29 cases, 1 time/ day, sooner or later , be decocted in water for oral dose. 30 days a course of treatment. 3 course of treatment （90 days） to determine efficacy. [Results] The recent five cases cured, 10 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 2 cases, total effective rate of 93. 1%. [Conclusion] The exact efficacy of the intended benefits paralysis decoction for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis . |
