通窍活血汤加减治疗瘀血头痛对照临床观察

[目的]观察通窍活血汤加减治疗瘀血头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将64例患者随机分为两组,对照组32例采用常规西药治疗,治疗组32例采用通窍活血汤加减治疗。均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.70%,对照组总有效率40.60%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组。[结论]通窍活血汤加减治疗瘀血头痛疗效确切。

Randomized Controlled Clinical Study of Treating Blood Stasis Headache with Modified Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction

[Objective]To observe the clinical observation on treating blood stasis headache with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.[Method]The 64 cases were divided into two groups,control group 32 cases with conventional western medicine therapy;treatment group 32 cases with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction therapy.The two groups were 2 weeks as 1 courses,continuous after 2 courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy.[Results]The treatment group total effective rate 93.70%,control group total effective rate 40.60%,total efficiency in treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion]Treating blood stasis headache with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction has a good effect.
