| 摘 要： | [目的]观察脑循环功能治疗仪配合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。[方法]将入选的80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴配合脑循环治疗仪治疗。对照组40例,单纯静脉点滴丹参川芎嗪治疗,15d后评定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为85.00%,对照组总有效率为70.00%(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。[结论]脑循环功能治疗仪配合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗塞临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objectives ] To observe the clinical efficacy of Danshen Ligustrazine injection treatment of cere- bral infarction with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus. [ Methods ] 80 patients selected are divided into two groups randomly, 40 in treatment group Danshen Ligustrazine 40 in control group Panshen Li qustratine tu- jeatite to evaluate the efficacy after 15 days. [ Results] Efficacy rate of treatment group is 85.0% , efficacy rate of control group is 70.0% （P 〈 0.05 ） , so the efficacy of treatment group is better than control group. [ Con- clusion] The clinical efficacy of Danshen Ligustrazine injection treatment of cerebral infarction with cerebral circulation therapeutic is significant. |
