| 摘 要： | 对社区18例糖尿病足患者实施了家庭护理干预措施,对糖尿病患者适时恰当的进行护理指导、肢体能锻炼,心理护理,并做好糖尿病的局部处理,可控制糖尿病足的进展,稳定病情,缩短病程,提高患者的生活质量,取得较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Based on the community of 18 cases of diabetic foot patients family nursing intervention on pa- tients with diabetes mellitus, proper and timely nursing guidance, physical exercise, mental nursing, and do a good job in the local treatment of diabetic foot, can control the progress of diabetic foot, stable cndition, shrten the course f disease, improve patients＂ quality of life, achieved god results. |
