知母总皂苷对阿尔茨海默病细胞模型的保护作用

摘    要:目的]探讨知母总皂苷对Aβ25-35诱导PC12细胞凋亡的保护作用。方法]用10~40μMAβ25-35分别刺激PC12细胞48h,MTT法测定细胞活力改变。分组:正常组,模型组,知母保护组。用0.5~40mg/L知母总皂苷和20μMAβ25-35共同作用PC12细胞48h,倒置相差显微镜观察各组细胞形态变化,MTT测其活力改变。结果]MTT法显示不同浓度Aβ25-35可引起不同程度凋亡,成剂量依赖关系。不同浓度知母总皂苷保护PC12细胞,可抑制这种凋亡,5~20mg/L效果显著(P<0.01)。结论]Aβ25-35能诱导PC12细胞凋亡,知母总皂苷对其诱导的细胞凋亡有明显保护作用。

Anemarrhena Total Saponins Protective Effect on the Cellular Model of Alzheimers Disease

Abstract: Objective ] To study the anti - tumor effect and the influence of the level of IL - 4 by the Dahuang Zhechong Pill. Method] Establishing the animal model of crowe's (S180) sarcoma as the mice model, dividing tumor - burdened mice into Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group. The level of IL -4 from bearing sarcpma - 180 was determined by enzyme - linked immunosor- bent assay (ELISA). Results ] The inhibition rate to the tumor -burdened tumors in the mice of Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group to 50.00% , 41.95% and 31.03% respectively ,there is significant difference compared with model group (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ) , especially with Dahuang Zhechong Pill high - dosage group obviously ; Dahuang Zhechong Pill can obviously decrease the lev- el of IL - 4 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion ] Dahuang Zhechong Pill has conspicuous inhibitory effect to the grows of tumor - bearing mice sarcoma - 180 tumor and shows anti - tumor function by decreasing the level of IL - 4.
