| 摘 要： | 目的]观察加味通窍活血汤配合西药治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法]将40例患者随机分为两组,对照组20例采用葛根素、丁咯地尔、甲钴胺、敏使朗治疗,治疗组20例在对照组的治疗基础上同时应用加味通窍活血汤治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率70.00%,总有效率治疗组优于对照组。结论]通窍活血汤加味配合西药治疗突发性耳聋疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the clinical observation on treating sudden hearing loss by Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue decoction puls western medicine.Method]The 40 cases were divided into two groups,control group 20 cases by puerarin,buflomedil,mecobalamin,betahistine;treatment group 20 cases in the control group treatment based on simultaneous application of Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue decoction for the treatment.The two groups were 2 weeks as 1 courses,continuous after 2 courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy.Results]The treatment group total effective rate 90.00%,control group total effective rate 70.00%,total efficiency in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion]Treating sudden hearing loss by Jiawei Tongqiao Huoxue decoction puls western medicine has a good effect. |
