针灸联合中药治疗特发性面神经麻痹42例

[目的]观察针灸联合中药治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效。[方法]使用针灸(足三里、风池、合谷、曲池、太冲均双侧)联合中药(金银花、连翘、黄芪、蝉蜕、茯苓、夜交藤、当归、川芎、防风、甘草)治疗特发性面神经麻痹。20d为1个疗程。治疗1疗程(20d)判定疗效。[结果]临床痊愈15例,显效20例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率95.24%。[结论]针灸联合中药治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效满意。

Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Acupuncture Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Palsy Clinical Observation

[ Methods ] The use of acupuncture （Zusanli, Fengchi, I-Iegu, Qu- chi, Taichong are bilateral） combined with traditional Chinese medicine （honeysuckle flower, forsythia, Ra- dix Astragali, cicada, tuckahoe, Polygonum multiflorum, angelica, chuanxiong, windproof, licorice） for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis. 20d 1 treatment. 1 courses of treatment （20d） to judge the curative effect. [Results] The clinical cure in 15 cases, effective in 20 cases, effective in 5 cases, ineffective in 2 ca- ses, the total effective rate was 95.24%. [ Conclusion ] Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medi- cine in treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis curative effect satisfaction.
