儿童先天性心脏病并发感染性心内膜炎的外科治疗

目的 探讨儿童先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎的治疗经验。方法 本组患儿均使用多种抗生素，感染性心内膜炎（ＩＥ）未能控制，体温下降。于感染活动期手术治疗，摘除心内赘生物并纠正心内畸形。结果 ４例患儿施行手术治疗无手术死亡，术后效果满意，术后无复发。结论 儿童先天性心脏病合并感染性心内膜炎经内科治疗效果欠佳时，应尽早手术治疗。早期诊断及时手术是控制感染降低死亡率的主要措施。

Surgical treatment of infective endocarditis associated with congenital heart diseases

Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of infective endocarditis (IE) associated with congenital heart diseases (CHD) in children.Methods Open heart surgery was performed to clean the endocardial vegetation and correct the abnormality simultaneously in 4 children who had CHD and IE.Results The surgical results were satisfactory.There were no operative death and recurrence of IE in this group.Conclusions Seasonable open heart surgery should be taken while medicine treatment for children with IE and CHD is not effective surgical treatment is the primary measure to control the infection and lower the mortality in the treatment of IE with CHD.
