摘 要: | 目的:在精神分裂症患者服用抗精神病药物的情况下使用二陈汤,旨在了解二陈汤对精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法:选取广州市精神病医院2012年8月~2013年5月期间符合CCMD一3诊断标准的住院精神分裂症患者46例,随机分为治疗组(24例)及对照组(22例)。对照组在使用抗精神病药物(氯丙嗪200~800mg/d,连服4周)的基础上普通饮食,常规体育锻炼,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用二陈汤4周,比较对照组与治疗组患者各临床指标的差异。结果:治疗组在服用二陈汤4周后,空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、糖化血清蛋白(GlycosylatedSerumProtein,GSP)、总胆固醇(T0talCholesterol,TC)及甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05o结论:二陈汤在精神分裂症患者使用抗精神病药物的情况下无明显改善糖脂代谢的作用。

Influence of the Erchen decoction on glycolipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia |

Abstract: | Objective: To observe the influence of Erchen decoction on glycolipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia in cases of schizophrenia patients using antipsychotic medications. Methods: Patients diagnosed as schizophrenia in Guangzhou mental hospital in August 2012 to May 2013 in line with the diagnostic criteria of CCMD-3 were selected, and randomly divided into the treated group (24 cases) and the control group (22 cases). The control group was treated with antipsychotic medicine (chlorpromazine, 200-800 mg/d, 4 weeks) on the basis of the normal diet, and regular physical exercise. The treaed group takes Erchen decoction based on the control group for 4 weeks. The clinical indicators were compared between the control group and the treated group. Results: After treatment of Erchen decoction for 4 weeks in the treated group, the glucose (GLU), glycosylated serum protein (GSP), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) has no stastical significance compared with the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Erchen decoction has no cure effect in schizophrenia patients under the condition of no significant improve glucolipid metabolism function. |
