摘    要:对于环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠 ,灌胃给予合成鱼腥草素 6 0mg/kg、12 0mg/kg能明显增加环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠的脾脏指数、外周血淋巴细胞ANAE阳性百分率 ;增强单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发型超敏反应强度及ConA诱导的脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力 ;对胸腺指数则无明显影响 ;合成鱼腥草素 12 0mg/kg还能明显增强环磷酰胺模型小鼠血清溶血素的生成及脾脏空斑形成细胞溶血能力 .

Abstract:HOU by i.g. at 60 mg/kg or 120 mg/kg significantly strengthened the phagocytosing function of monocytemacrophage system, and delayed type of hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction, ConAinduced splenocyte proliferation significantly enhanced the spleen index, ANAE ( ) cell percentage of peripheral blood lymphocytes in mice treated with cyclophosphamide. However, the thymus index did not change obviously. HOU by i.g at 120 mg/kg remarkably increased the development of serum hemolysin and the production of the spleen plaque forming cell (PFC) in cyclophosphamide mice.
