| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定定风止痛片中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法：采用Packed C18（250 mm×4.6 mm5,μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙睛-0.05%的磷酸溶液（21∶79）,流速为1.5 ml/min,检测波长为203 nm。结果：人参皂苷Rg1在1.06～6.36μg（r=0.999 8）范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.1%。结论：本方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Dingfengzhitong tablets.Methods:The analytical column was Packed C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution(21∶79).The flow rate was 1.5 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.Results:The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was at 1.06～6.36 μg(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 99.1%.Conclusions:This method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Dingfengzhitong Tablets. |
