| 摘 要： | 目的]观察电针结合药物联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗焦虑症的疗效。方法]将84例焦虑症患者随机分为针药经颅磁刺激联合治疗组和对照组,联合治疗组采用电针结合小剂量抗焦虑药配合重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对照组采用电针结合药物治疗,同时给予假性重复经颅磁刺激。将两组的疗效进行对比观察。结果]两组治疗前后总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而且量表评分具有显著性差异,联合治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论]电针结合小剂量抗焦虑药联合经颅磁刺激治疗焦虑症较单纯针药结合治疗疗效更好,肯定了经颅磁刺激对本病的辅助疗效,进一步拓宽了经颅磁刺激的临床应用范围;值得临床加以推广并深入研究。
