| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图(RT3DE)诊断室间隔缺损(VSD)的准确性和可靠性。方法:102例VSD患者应用RT3DE及二维超声心动图(2DE)观察其VSD的解剖特征,并测量缺损的最大径,比较超声检查结果与手术观察结果。结果:RT3DE能从多个视角甚至模拟手术路径视野立体地显示VSD的全貌,包括缺损的解剖形态、部位、大小和毗邻关系。RT3DE、2DE和手术测量VSD最大径分别为(1.02±0.14)cm、(0.86±0.28)cm和(1.05±0.36)cm。RT3DE测量值与手术测量值比较差异无统计学意义,2DE测量值与手术、RT3DE测量值比较差异均有统计学意义。RT3DE、2DE测量值均与手术测量值呈正相关(r分别为0.952、0.675,均P<0.01)。结论:相较2DE而言,RT3DE能够直接显示VSD的三维全貌,直接测量出缺损的最大径,为外科手术及内科介入治疗提供更为可靠的解剖及病理信息。 |
