CVP监测在重症手足口病患儿抢救中的应用及护理

目的:探讨中心静脉压测定在重症手足口病患儿抢救中的作用.方法:对本科2008年6月～2010年9月共抢救59例EV71患儿中18例监测中心静脉压的患儿,全部采用股静脉穿刺置管的方法,测定中心静脉压,动态监测2 h～10 d.结果:18例监测中心静脉压患儿中痊愈5例,死亡9例,自动出院4例.结论:监测中心静脉压能指导重症手足口病患儿的抢救,纠正重症手足口病患儿内环境紊乱、电解质紊乱,指导扩容,提高抢救成功率,降低病死率.

Application of central venous pressure supervision in emergency treatment of seriously hand-foot-and-mouth disease children and its nursing countermeasure

Objective：To discuss the affect of measurement of central venous pressure in emergency treatment of seriously hand-foot-and-mouth disease children.Methods：To select 18 cases with central venous tube from June 2008-September 2009,measured central venous pressure 2 h-10 d.Results：There were 5 patients cured,9 patients died and 4 patients left hospital.Conclusion：Measurement of central venous pressure may be able to guide emergency treatment of seriously hand-foot-and-mouth disease children,disabuse internal environment disorder,electrolyte disturbance,guide capacity-expansion.Increase emergency treatment success rate,depress fatality rate.
