| 摘 要： | 目的 采用3种不同方法转染原代人外周血单核细胞,以寻找一种简便、高效的单核细胞转染方法.方法 采用人淋巴细胞分离液从健康人外周血中分离出单个核细胞,锥虫蓝拒染法检测细胞存活率.单个核细胞在孔板内培养2 h后吸弃悬浮的淋巴细胞,获得贴壁的单核细胞.分别采用Lipofectamine 2000介导载体质粒(PEGF-N1)... |
