摘    要:目的了解成都市某单位职工糖代谢异常患病情况,为制定适宜的干预措施提供依据。方法选用2011年4至2011年5月在我院健康体检的成都市某单位职工人群,分别进行身高,体质量,体质量指数,腰围,血压,糖耐量实验及生化指标等并进行一对一问卷调查。糖代谢异常的诊断依据:1999年WHO糖尿病诊段标准。结果①糖代谢异常总检出率为41.7%,其中DM的检出率11.5%,糖调节受损总的检出率为28.2%,各亚组的检出率分别为:I-IFG7.2%,I-IGT13.5%,IFG/IGT7.5%。②糖代谢异常组的体质量指数(BMI),腰围,三酰甘油,胆固醇,空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白,收缩压,尿微量白蛋白,尿素氮,血肌酐测值均较NGT组高,且有显著性差异。结论成都市某单位职工糖代谢异常率高。

Abstract:Obective To realize the prevalence rate of abnormal glucose metabolism staff of a company in Chendu to provide scientific evidence to set up the preventive strategies. Methods Information was collected in the staff of a company checked in power hospital from April to May in 2011 and medical examination including height, weight, BMI, waistline, blood pressure, oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and biochemical test, etc were collected. Abnormal glucose metabolism were based on the 1999 diagnosis. Results ~The detection rate of total abnormal glucose medaboism was 41.7%, with 11.5% of DM, the detection rate of IGR was 28.2%. The detection rate of 1-IFG, I-IGT, IFG/IGT was 7.2%, 13.5%, 7.5%, respectively. ~Compared with the NGT group, the IGR group had higher BMI, waistline, TG, TC, FPG, 2hPBG, HbAlc(%), SBP, urinary albumin, BUN, Cr with statistic significance (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion The abnormality rare of glucose metabolism in staff of a company in Chendu is high.
